Following in the footsteps of famed amateur ichthyologist Little Lump, the first fish I decided on for the new aquarium are members of the Characidae family. Not wanting to follow too closely in her footsteps, rather than going with Neon’s, I chose the Glowlight Tetra (Hemigrammus erythrozonus) of South America.
The trio of adventurers are now in their third full day of tenancy, and other than the fact I am having a hard time keeping the tank cool enough, things seem to be proceeding as expected.
